Note to the Researcher
Denton Parks Foundation Records had previously been donated to the Denton Public Library and subsequently recalled by the donor due to an audit. At that time no inventory of the donated materials was made. Materials Removed List
Tax returns, copied checks, bank statements, binders, folders, duplicates and material determined to be of little to no value to public interest will be deaccessioned (4 boxes containing bank account information, tax returns, photocopied identification and checks were returned to the Denton Park Foundation). 56 copies extra Denton Parks Foundation Annual Financial Report, 1 Extra Copy of 2001 Denton Annual Report were deaccessioned.
